Innovative Fresh Food Dining Experience Coming To Hughes Health & Rehabilitation

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Hughes Health & Rehabilitation announced Wednesday it is partnering with Unidine Corporation® to provide an innovative new approach to its patient dining experiences that focuses on locally sourced fresh food and its commitment to health and wellness.

“Hughes is continuously seeking ways to improve our resident care and employee experience," Hughes Health & Rehabilitation Vice President Mark Finkelstein said in a release. Hughes Health & Rehabilitation selected Unidine based on the company’s operating philosophy which combines nutrition, culinary expertise, hospitality and education to change the dining experience. Unidine’s Fresh Food Pledge brings a commitment that all entrees, soups, salad dressings, sauces and deli meats such turkey and beef are made in-house.
