Katharine Hepburn Estate Listed for Sale

OLD SAYBROOK, CT - The seven-bedroom shoreline estate once belonging to the late actress Katharine Hepburn is back on the market in Old Saybrook, the Hartford Courant reported.
The 8,400-square-foot home was listed Tuesday for $11.8 million by the owner, New York builder Frank J. Sciame Jr., according to the Hartford Courant. The house is three stories tall, featuring views of a golf course and private pond.
The Hepburn house was last listed for $14.8 million in 2014, and was previously renovated in 2005, the Hartford Courant reported. It features a private dock, and is located in the Fenwick section of Old Saybrook.
