Kingswood Oxford's Kayla Glemaud Is Named Basketball All Star

Kayla Glemaud ’17, an outstanding guard on Kingswood Oxford’s girls’ basketball team, has been named to NEPSAC’s Class B West All-Star team.

NEPSAC stands for the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council.

Glemaud, KO’s leader in points and rebounds, started in every game but one this season (and that was due to injury).

“Kayla is an outstanding player who leads through her actions,” said Head Coach Jim O’Donnell, who is also KO’s Director of Enrollment Management. “She is respectful of her teammates and coaches and sets high standards for those around her. She is self-reflective, detail-oriented, and strives to get better each day.”

An honor roll student, Glemaud is the daughter of Karlene and Stanley Glemaud of Middletown. She averaged 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals per game.
