Local Webster Banker Promoted to Senior Vice President

Webster Bank, a leading regional bank serving businesses and consumers from Westchester County, N.Y. to Boston, Mass., announced today the promotion of Lary Levitts to senior vice president, business banking as a result of her significant contributions, demonstrated leadership, and increased responsibilities.

 

Levitts has been with Webster since 2003 and leads business banking efforts in the West Hartford, Conn., region.

“We are excited to recognize Lary’s track record as he has consistently delivered results above expectations,” said John Guy, senior vice president, director of Business Banking.  “He has demonstrated by example all of the Webster core values around delivering superior customer service and great partnership within and across the various lines of the bank to provide the full Webster experience.  This recognition is also consistent with the message the bank has delivered internally and to the business and investment community about the strategic importance of Business Banking.”

Levitts is a resident of Cromwell, Conn.  He earned his Bachelors degree and a MBA from UMASS Amherst.  He is on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Economic Development Fund.
