Longtime Nursery in West Hartford to be Turned into Housing
A longtime West Hartford nursery is set to be transformed into a housing development.
WEST HARTFORD, CT - A longtime West Hartford nursery is set to be turned into new homes, Eyewitness News 3 reported.
Gled-Hill Nursery on Mountain Road has been a staple in West Hartford for decades, according to Eyewitness News 3. The property will soon be transformed into a housing development consisting of 16 homes.
A public hearing was held in front of the town plan and zoning commission on April 3, Eyewitness News 3 reported. The project was unanimously approved by the commission, who plans to preserve the property’s natural landscape and wetlands.
