Los Imperios Restaurant in West Hartford Ordered Closed
A stop-work order charges the restaurant with a number of issues.
WEST HARTFORD, CT - Los Imperios Restaurant in West Hartford has been closed by a stop-work order, the Hartford Courant reported.
The order was issued Friday, after which the restaurant posted on its Facebook page that it would close, according to the Hartford Courant. The owners said in the post they planned to reopen the restaurant next week.
The order charges Los Imperios with a number of issues, including failing to secure the payment of workers compensation, the Hartford Courant reported. The order also charges the restaurant with understating or concealing its payroll.
