Lost in the Stars - a musical commemoration of Kristallnacht (Night of Shattered Glass) will be held Nov. 9, 4 p.m. at Congregation.

A commemoration of Kristallnacht (Night of Shattered Glass) will be held on Sunday, November 9, 4pm at Congregation Beth Israel.
The program was inspired by the musical titled Lost in the Stars by Kurt Weill and Maxwell Anderson. It will include excerpts from The Threepenny Opera, The Eternal Road, Knickerbocker Holiday, Das Berliner Requiem, as well as Lost in the Stars.
The cast includes Patrick Buckley (baritone), Lee Fenwick (tenor), Barbara Friedman (soprano), Adlyn Loewenthal (alto), Laurentiu Rotariu (bass baritone), Cantor Pamela Siskin (mezzo soprano) and Carolyn Bernstein (clarinet). The musical director is Natasha Ulyanovsky and the narrator is Edee Tenser.
