Man Accused of Defecating at West Hartford Police Department

A Bloomfield man allegedly defecated in the bond out room at the West Hartford Police Department on Monday afternoon.

Richard Levy, 70, of 8 High Meadow Rd., was arrested on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.

A non-surety bond was set at $500.
