Manchester Woman Hit 3 Cars in West Hartford as She Fled Police: Police

West Hartford police say the incident began in New Britain and ended up in West Hartford. Two children were inside the vehicle.

West Hartford police said Friday that a Manchester woman, Amber M. Johnson, 32, of Ruby Drive was arrested on a warrant recently for an incident that originated out of New Britain.

According to police on April 18, Johnson was being investigated by New Britain police when she allegedly fled in her vehicle, came to West Hartford and allegedly crashed into three vehicles, drove recklessly and to make matters worse, two children were inside her car.

Johnson is charged with risk of injury, first-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and failure to obey a control signal.
