Mayor’s Charity Ball Postponed In West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The 20th annual Mayor’s Charity Ball in West Hartford has been postponed, the board of directors announced Wednesday. Officials said that due to “unforeseen conflicts” they have made the difficult decision to postpone Saturday’s Mayor’s Charity Ball.

“Although they were looking forward to this anniversary celebration, they believe that postponing will allow more people and businesses to participate in this commemorative gala event,” officials wrote in a post on Facebook. “A new date will be locked down later today.”

If you bought tickets, were a sponsor or advertiser, here are your options:

1. Move your tickets, sponsorship and/or ad immediately to the new date.

2. Request a refund.

3. Flip your purchase into a tax-deductible contribution.
