Naked Man Arrested in West Hartford
Police were called after a man was seen walking around naked.
West Hartford police have charged a town man with breach of peace after he was seen walking around naked.
Jonathan Melendez, 24, of 143 Wilfred Street, was arrested July 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
Police said Melendez was arrested after witnesses observed him walking naked along South Quaker Lane on Monday night.
