New West Hartford Restaurant To Celebrate Grand Opening This Week
The new restaurant and bar on South Main Street will host a West Hartford Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — A new restaurant and bar in West Hartford Center will mark its opening this week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce.
The Brownstone, located at 7 South Main St., will hold the ceremony at 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, according to an announcement from the chamber.
Another 'Brownstone' eatery is located at 114 Asylum St. in Hartford.

The restaurant, which is already open, bills itself as a casual neighborhood gathering place featuring pizza, music and drinks, along with freshly prepared pub food.
The Brownstone also promotes itself as a venue for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other gatherings. Catering is available for events of various sizes.

According to the restaurant, its regular hours are:
- Monday and Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Thursday: 11 a.m. to midnight
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
- Sunday: Noon to 9 p.m.
The Aug. 27 ribbon-cutting will take place at the restaurant at 7 S. Main St., West Hartford.
