Carole was a member of the West Indian Social Club, where she developed a love for the game of cricket and became an excellent scorer of the game. She served as Secretary of the WISC’s cricket team and was the longest serving Secretary of the Connecticut Cricket League. She would fall in love with every child she met; and they loved her in return.
When Carole wasn’t scoring cricket or playing with kids, she was listening to music, dancing, smiling, exercising, cuddling her beloved French poodles, reading a book, watching a documentary or debating politics. Her love of history and desire to learn about other cultures encouraged her to travel whenever possible.
