Obituary: Kathryn ‘Kay’ Meunier, 73, of West Hartford

Known by many, loved by all, she was affectionately called "Gram." Kay was known for her joking and witty sense of humor.

Kathryn "Kay" (Kropp) Meunier, 73, of West Hartford, beloved wife of 50 years to Roger D. Meunier, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at home. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Charles Kropp, Jr. and Gertrude (Engle) Kropp and had lived in West Hartford for the past 46 years.

Known by many, loved by all, she was affectionately called "Gram.” Kay was known for her joking and witty sense of humor.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Meunier and Michelle "Mickey" Meunier; three sisters, Mildred Mitchell, Patricia Raymond and Charlene DeLaura and her husband, Dr., James DeLaura and 2 grandchildren, who were the loves of her life Steven Arsenault and Samantha Arsenault. She was predeceased by a sister, Susan Wolak.
