Obituary: Matthew J. Martin, 24, of West Hartford

Matthew J. Martin, 24, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2018 surrounded by his family. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Heather Sabotka and step-son of Jason Sabotka, he lived in New Hampshire and the Hartford area the past seven years.

Besides his mother and step-father, he is leaves his "Nana", Louise, his "Poppy", Chuck Maule; his brothers and sisters, Saranne, Evie, Dietrich, Tucker, Brynn, Bella, Oakland and Grayson and several aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be Sunday, June 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. The funeral services and burial will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Hampshire.
