A Connecticut Party of West Hartford os supports a resolution addressing the "climate crisis."

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The following is an op-ed piece composed by A Connecticut party of West Hartford:
Our Earth is getting warmer! We need to do our part in addressing this Climate Crisis, even here in West Hartford.
A resolution being presented to the Town Council illustrates that we all can do our part to slow the trend. A Connecticut Party of West Hartford supports this resolution and its call to coordinate the Town’s Commission to draw on all resources to help preserve our planet.

We recommend that the resolution should identify a specific timeline to get to net-zero carbon emissions.
NOAA and NASA analysis, per WSJ Article January 13, 2022, indicate that 2021 was the 6th warmest year on record, and the last 7 years continue to set records. “A separate analysis from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said 2021 tied with 2018 for the sixth- warmest year and was hotter than all other years except 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020. The years 2020 and 2016 share the temperature record.”
