Pedestrian Hurt After Being Hit By Vehicle In West Hartford: Police
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon in the West Hartford Art League parking lot.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Local police are investigating a pedestrian incident in a West Hartford parking lot that injured one person who was struck by a vehicle Tuesday.
According to the West Hartford Police Department, local police and the West Hartford Fire Department were called at about 1:15 p.m. to the area of 37 Buena Vista Road, which is the headquarters for the West Hartford Art League, for a motor vehicle collision report.
Police said responders determined the incident occurred in the address' parking lot and involved a passenger vehicle and a pedestrian.

Police said the adult pedestrian had apparent injuries on the scene and was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.
Meanwhile, police said, the adult driver of the vehicle involved remained on the scene and reported no injuries.

The collision is being actively investigated by the West Hartford Police Department Traffic Crash
Reconstruction Team.
