Chef Omar Bello and his wife, Jacky Garcia, plan to use the same authentic Mexican recipes from their food truck with a few more twists. The truck, which has been traveling around town for about four years, will continue to operate.

The Fuego Picante at 280 Park Road will have about 25 seats inside and additional patio seating for about 20 patrons.
