Repaving Projects Scheduled in West Hartford

The town advises motorists to seek alternate routes for the impacted work zones.

The town is also began repaving Trout Brook Drive, from Farmington Avenue to the Boulevard, at night in an effort to minimize disruption to commuting traffic.

The work began on Sunday night and paving will begin again at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 20, and continue to 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

The paving contractor will return on Tuesday, July 21 at 6 p.m. to put the top course of pavement on. Work should be completed by 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22. These dates and times are weather dependent, according to officials.
