Restaurant Ordered To Pick Up Tab For Police Detail: Reports
A superior court judge issued the order this week to the controversial restaurant in West Hartford.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Embattled Los Imperios Restaurant has been ordered by a superior court judge to pay about $76,000 to the West Hartford Police Department for a police detail that began in late June, according to the Hartford Court.
The Courant reports that the town so far has covered the costs of a two-officer detail that was put into place when Los Imperios was accused of violating the town’s entertainment ordinance, which has since been revoked.
The judge this week also required Los Imperios to comply with town ordinances and to stop operating as a nightclub with DJ entertainment, according to We-Ha.com. The order also authorizes West Hartford Police to close down Los Imperios whenever it isn’t in compliance.
