Sears and Store and Auto Center in West Hartford Closing Next Year
A liquidation sale will begin this month.

WEST HARTFORD, CT – Both Sears and the Sears Auto Center in West Hartford will be closing in January 2017, Fox 61 reported.
The store, located in the Corbins Corner, will remain in operation until then, according to Fox 61. A liquidation sale will begin on Nov. 11.
The closing is part of a deal with the company that bought the West Hartford store called “Seritage Growth Partners,” Fox 61 reported. There is no word at this time on how many jobs will be lost.
