Serial Gas Station Robber Strikes Again: West Hartford Police

Police believe the same man who has committed multiple robberies at gunpoint has struck again.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Police believe the same suspect who has committed armed robberies in West Hartford and Plainville within the last week has struck for a fourth time, this time in Newington. Police have released photos from the most recent armed robbery, which occurred Wednesday night in Newington. Police are asking for help with identifying the suspect (pictured) who is believed to have committed armed robberies at the following locations:

Thursday 4/19/2018, 8:55 p.m. - Supreme Gas, 141 Park Rd. West Hartford

Saturday 4/21/2018, 9:35 p.m. – Sunoco, 380 New Britain Ave. Plainville

The suspect is believed to be a light-skinned male in his 30s to 40s, of average height and stocky build. Police say the suspect appears to possibly have an unknown horseshoe shaped tattoo on his left forearm (see photo below).

During each robbery, the suspect has brandished that appears to be a black revolver. Police say he may be driving a small, dark sedan.
