West Hartford's Board/Commission Members, Who's Coming? Who's Going?
The West Hartford Town Council earlier this month appointed several to municipal posts, while also accepting multiple resignations.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Town Council recently had a busy meeting appointing new community servants to boards and commissions, bidding adieu to others in the process.
At their last meeting Feb. 14, the council appointed:
• Anne Massucco to the Senior Citizens Advisory Commission for a term to expire Dec. 31, 2027.

• Elizabeth “EJ” Greenspan to the Library Board for a term to expire Dec. 31, 2027.
• Jennifer Bowman and Edward Perzanowski to the Pedestrian & Bicycle Commission for terms to expire Dec. 31, 2024.

• Salvatore Tripoli to the Fair Rent Commission for a term to expire Dec. 31, 2024.
• Jeffrey Azia to be a regular member of the Board of Assessment Appeals for a term to expire Dec. 31, 2025.
• Jessica Evans to the West Hartford Prevention Council for a term to expire Dec. 31, 2025.
The council, however, recently said "goodbye" to several volunteers who submitted resignations letters. They include:
• August Melita resigning from the Parks and Recreation Commission effective Jan. 18.
•Dan Firestone resigning from the Pedestrian and Bicycle Commission effective Jan. 19.
• Stevie Ann Lis resigning from the Advisory Commission for Persons with Disabilities effective Jan. 11.
• Tracy Oni resigning from the West Hartford Prevention Council effective Feb. 3.
