Show Prominent West Hartford Theater Group Love This Month

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A prominent nonprofit theater group in town is hoping the spirit of Valentine's Day will manifest itself in a positive fundraising campaign this month.

That's because this year marks Playhouse on Park's 10th annual "Show Your Love" campaign.

"As we are still recovering from the pandemic, it is more important now than ever before to keep the arts alive," wrote Playhouse on Park in an announcement. "You can make an impact by donating to Playhouse on Park throughout the month of February."

Folks are being asked to participate by donating$5 or more and, in doing so, their names will be added to a heart in the lobby of the theatre.

Playhouse on Park's goal is to raise $32,500 through Feb. 28 through this campaign.

Folks can also donate online at www.playhouseonpark.org, in person at the box office, or mail a donation to: Playhouse on Park 244 Park Road, West Hartford, CT 06119.

Checks should be made payable to Playhouse Theatre Group, Inc. All donations are 100 percent tax-deductible.
