Barre fitness is a Pilates-based routine that targets specific muscle groups in turn to tone the entire body. Small, focused movements work target muscles to exhaustion. Julie Starr designed Starr Barre to bring together her vast training and expertise in barre fitness and whole-body wellness.
Barre is safe, accessible and completely modifiable. There is no barrier to entry. Julie Starr trains Starr Barre teachers in key modifications for each move in the Starr Barre repertoire. Instructors and owner Julie are always happy to answer questions and break down the mechanics of movements.
