Buddhism 1.0 Course: The Eight Steps to Happiness. How can you live a happy life with tranquility of mind? This course will look into what the Buddha discovered and his recommendation on walking the path of awareness and compassion. This 3 session course will meet at the Buddhist Faith Fellowship, 343 Washington Terrace, in Middletown, starting on October 8th. Registration deadline is on September 25th. No pre-requisites but enrollment is limited.
