Suspicious Fires Investigated In West Hartford: Police
West Hartford Police responded to five suspicious fires overnight that they say appear to have been intentionally set.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — West Hartford Police are investigating a string of suspicious fires that they say appear to have been intentionally set during the overnight hours on Tuesday, July 25. Police responded to five separate suspicious fires during a span of about five hours early Tuesday morning.

West Hartford Police responded to the following five separate suspicious fires between 2:16 a.m. and 7:42 a.m. on July 25:

- 280 Park Rd. (India Oven) at 2:16 a.m. - Dumpster Fire
- 566 Park Rd. at 2:21 a.m. - Recycle bin fire
- 198 Park Rd. at 2:25 a.m. - Garbage bag on porch on fire
- 616 Park Rd. at 2:28 a.m. - American flag on porch on fire
- New Britain Ave. / Hollywood at 7:42 a.m. - Garbage can on fire
