Third Round Of Paving Starts Next Week In West Hartford
West Hartford's next round of road resurfacing starts next week with work planned on South Quaker Lane and six other roads.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — West Hartford's third round of road resurfacing for the season is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 14, with work planned on seven roadways around town.
The project will begin with milling on South Quaker Lane, followed by paving beginning Monday, Sept. 21, weather permitting, according to the town.
South Quaker Lane will be resurfaced between Park Road and Interstate 84.

The town said crews will proceed through the paving list in the following order:
- South Quaker Lane: Park Road to I-84
- Edgemont Avenue
- Steele Road: Fern Street to Asylum Avenue
- Concord Street
- Park Road: South Main Street to Thomson Road
- Meadowbrook Road
- Boulevard: South Main Street to Trout Brook Drive
