It's Cold-Weather Illness Vax Time In West Hartford, How To Get The Shots
Starting Sept. 20, Covid and flu vaccines will be available at several fall clinics hosted by the West Hartford-Bloomfield Health District.

BLOOMFIELD/WEST HARTFORD, CT — With fall starting later this week, its becoming more and more timely to get vaccinated against cold-weather illnesses that traditionally spike when the mercury plummets.
The West Hartford Bloomfield Health District is hosting a series of clinics, starting Tuesday, Sept. 20, where folks in those two communities can be vaccinated/boosted for Covid-19 and the flu.
Experts say, at the very least, a well-vaccinated person means such an illness is an inconvenience rather than a life-altering crisis.
