The Time Is Now To Prep For 'Celebrate! West Hartford'
West Hartford's largest civic celebration is in June, but organizers say local businesses and nonprofits should sign up now to participate.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town's largest community celebration doesn't come until June, but organizers of the 2025 "Celebrate! West Hartford" event say now is the time to start planning.
"Celebrate! West Hartford" is an annual two-day outdoor festival that draws nearly 40,000 visitors.

The event is held on the grounds of West Hartford Town Hall, which is "located in the center of this thriving Connecticut town."
It features an award-winning arts/craft show, a business and nonprofit expo, carnival rides and amusements, an international food court, live music and the annual "FUNd RUN" road races.

The 38th annual event is scheduled for June 7-8, 2025.
Despite the June date, organizers say businesses and nonprofit groups, along with volunteers and other participants, should start planning now.
Sponsorship/business applications as well as nonprofit sign-up sheets are currently being sought by the festival's organizers — all of which are available online.
