Top CT Tourism Officials To Host Forum In West Hartford
The event will take place on Tuesday, April 14, at Playhouse on Park, focusing on how CT's new tourism marketing campaign can help WeHa.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The state's top two tourism officials will be in West Hartford on Tuesday, May 14, to promote Connecticut's new marketing campaign and meet with local business owners/residents about it.
New Connecticut Director of Tourism Rachel Lenda and Brand Director Ellen Woolf will be at Playhouse on Park, 244 Park Road, West Hartford, from 1 to 3 p.m. that day.
There, the duo will meet with West Hartford business owners, nonprofits, and officials from arts/tourism destinations to discuss ways to enhance tourism in the Central Tourism District and locally.

"This meeting aims to forge personal connections, identify areas for improvement, and foster collaboration to pave the way for a thriving future," wrote the West Hartford Economic Development Office on the forum.
In March, the state unveiled a new tourism marketing campaign for the spring/summer in alignment with the "Make it Here" slogan, which aims to show the state's benefits to both tourists and residents.
