Two Of West Hartford's Finest Promoted To New Roles

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Two of West Hartford's finest were promoted earlier this month to new roles on the force.

At a recent ceremony, Sgt. Amanda Martin was promoted to the rank of lieutenant, and officer Bill Norton was promoted to the rank of sergeant.

Martin and Norton are returning to the West Hartford Police Department's patrol division from their prior assignments in the community relations and training divisions.
