Veteran Industry Expert Joins West Hartford Company

August 8, 2019 -- West Hartford, CT -- Marketing Solutions Unlimited (msuprint.com), a Northeast company, based in West Hartford, Connecticut is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Pritchard as its President.

This new position will partner with Founder and CEO Heidi Buckley to drive top line growth, expand into additional geographies, and improve operational infrastructure. Buckley founded Marketing Solutions Unlimited in 1991 and moved the business headquarters from Hartford to West Hartford in 2006.

Pritchard has over 27 years of award winning senior leadership experience focusing on operational excellence, transformational leadership, impeccable customer service and new business development. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he served as Commission Officer in the United States Army. Upon his departure from the service, he worked for seven years at Pizza Hut, Inc (a PepsiCo division) in field operations and product development. He joined ADVO (later Valassis), a leading national marketing services company, in 1999 where he spent 18 years leading customer service, strategic alliances, marketing, pricing, new business development, and executing a major acquisition.

Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Primitives by Kathy, Inc, a gift and home décor company, where he built the company’s first strategic plan and reorganized the company to drive greater empowerment and collaboration.
