WEST HARTFORD, CT - Police said the victim of a single-car fatal accident Thursday night at Bloomfield Avenue and Abrahms Boulevard has been identified. The victim's vehicle had been traveling north on Bloomfield Avenue before leaving the roadway and striking a tree, police said. Police said Hakeem Massiah, 22, was killed in the accident. The victim's car was seen traveling at a high rate of speed, police said.
