WEST HARTFORD, CT — The local chamber of commerce is hosting a special event next week that should give guests an insight into West Hartford's development scene.

The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce is hosting West Hartford Economic Development Coordinator Kristen Gorski for a special program at The Pond House Café, 1555 Asylum Ave., West Hartford.

It will take place Tuesday, Oct. 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

There, Gorski is expected to discuss new, ongoing and future development projects in West Hartford and she will take questions from participants at the end of the event.

"This event is a must-attend for anyone interested in the economic growth and expansion of our town," wrote the Town of West Hartford in an announcement.

Admission is $50 for West Hartford Chamber of Commerce members and $60 for non-members.
