West Hartford Business Community To Celebrate Past Year

WEST HARTFORD/AVON, CT — Tickets are on sale for the West Hartford business community's biggest night which will take place later in the month.

The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting and "Spotlight Awards" event will take place Thursday, June 27, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the North House, 1 Nod Road, Avon.

The event, according to the chamber, "celebrates a year of West Hartford Chamber accomplishments, and highlights those members, organizations and community members, who have had an exceptional influence on the West Hartford Chamber, local community, and economy."

Prominent chamber members will be honored, and the chamber will elect its new board of directors for the upcoming fiscal year.

Those winning 2024 Awards are Judy Casperson, Elizabeth Gustin Basil Women's Leadership Award; Earl Exum, Noah Webster Award; Home to Home Moving Specialists, New Business of the Year; Cailin McBee, Entrepreneur of the Year; One Park West Hartford Apartments, Economic Driver of the Year; and Victor Gonzalez, Young Professional of the Year.
