What: Virtual Business Showcase – presented by The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce

When: Thursday, May 28th from 7PM – 8PM

Where: Online via ZOOM and WH Community Television

Just in time for Father’s Day, the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce their next Virtual Business Showcase. It will be held online via Zoom on Thursday, May 28th from 7pm-8pm. It will also be simulcast on WHCTV – Channel 96, Facebook Live and YouTube Live.

The virtual event will feature a selection of Chamber of Commerce members presenting Father’s Day gift ideas live from their locations. Virtual attendees and viewers will then be encouraged to reach out to the individual businesses to purchase and arrange for pick-up or delivery.

“Based on the overwhelming success of our Virtual Mother’s Day Showcase, we wanted to help people find the perfect gift for Dad.” says Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Chris Conway. “Even though these businesses are open, we wanted to offer people who are not ready to venture out an alternative way to browse and shop.”

The showcase will feature some big names familiar to the West Hartford community including GolfTech and Daswani Clothiers. “The West Hartford chamber has been remarkable in its ability to innovate new ways to highlight and drive traffic toward the businesses for its members,” says Matt Banaver of Daswani Clothiers. He went on to say, “The event represents a new era of shopping, blending small business expertise with the convenience of online browsing.”

Other featured presenters include Lux, Bond & Green, Maximum Beverage, Rockledge Golf Club and SockStarz

Thursday night’s event is the second in a planned series. Future Virtual Showcases will feature House & Home, and Health & Wellness. “The Chamber will leverage the scope and breadth of its membership to curate the businesses who will present during the events,” says Conway.

Those interested in attending this free event as viewers can register on the Chamber’s website.

You will be emailed a link to view the Showcase via Zoom shortly before the start of the event at 7pm on Thursday.
