West Hartford Coronavirus Update: 51 Cases Confirmed
The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in West Hartford is now 51, according to state health officials.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — State health officials Tuesday updated the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Connecticut, totaling 7,781 patients as of 12:30 p.m., including 51 from West Hartford. Statewide, the number of deaths related to the virus is up to 277, with 1,308 hospitalizations. Just over 29,000 people have undergone laboratory testing thus far, officials said.
Fairfield County continues to compile the highest number of confirmed cases with 4,136, or 53.2 percent of the state's total. West Hartford is located in Hartford County, which has confirmed 1,045 cases with 48 deaths.
