West Hartford Coronavirus Update: 7 More Cases Confirmed
Over the weekend, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 reached 43 in West Hartford, according to state health officials.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — The start of the first full week of April saw the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Connecticut approach 7,000 Monday, while the total in West Hartford jumped to 43. Statewide, the number of deaths related to the virus is up to 206, with 1,221 hospitalizations. Just under 27,000 people have undergone testing for the virus thus far, according to state health officials.
Fairfield County continues to compile the highest number of confirmed cases with 3,719, or 53.9 percent of the state's total. West Hartford is located in Hartford County, which has confirmed 882 cases with 31 deaths.
