West Hartford Coronavirus Update: Eight More New Cases
As of Tuesday, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 reached 20 in West Hartford, according to state health officials.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — The number of confirmed cases of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) in West Hartford has risen to 20, as the number of cases statewide broke 3,000 Tuesday. Statewide, the number of deaths related to the virus has reached 69, with 608 hospitalizations. About 15,600 people have been tested for the virus, according to state health officials.
Fairfield County continues to compile the highest number of confirmed cases with 1,870, or 59.8 percent of the state's total. Hartford County, in which West Hartford is located, has confirmed 393 cases with seven deaths.
