West Hartford Coronavirus Update: Two Dozen Cases Now Confirmed

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 reached 24 as of Thursday in West Hartford, according to state health officials.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — As the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Connecticut climbed near 4,000 Thursday, the total in West Hartford has risen to 24. Statewide, the number of deaths related to the virus has reached 112, with 827 hospitalizations. About 18,300 people have been tested for the virus, according to state health officials.

Fairfield County continues to compile the highest number of confirmed cases with 2,132, or 55.8 percent of the state's total. Hartford County, in which West Hartford is located, has confirmed 539 cases with 13 deaths.
