West Hartford Forum On Snow Removal Postponed Due To ... Snow: UPDATE

The town's sustainability commission was to have West Hartford's DPW chief discuss snow removal policies and procedures.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Town officials were slated to host a unique forum that is especially relevant this time of year, but Sunday's nasty snowstorm forced a change in plans.

The Sustainable West Hartford Commission is sponsoring "A Conversation on Sustainable Snow Removal" with West Hartford Director of Public Works John Phillips.

But it was postponed.

The event was to take place from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, at West Hartford Town Hall's Room 314, 50 S. Main St., West Hartford.

There, guests would learn about the town’s snow removal practices and policies and how they can best manage snow at home.
