WEST HARTFORD, CT — Whether frozen or thawed, two town attractions centering on water have had or will be having much-needed maintenance work.
Wednesday, the Cornerstone Aquatics Center, which recently had a new set of fees approved by town officials starting Friday, reopened after being closed from Aug. 23-29 for mainentance.
