West Hartford: Keep Cool At Libraries, Mall
The town said Tuesday morning its libraries are always open for folks to cool down amid a heat wave, with the Westfarms Mall also an option.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town Tuesday morning is reminding folks that if they need respite from the ongoing heat wave, they can visit one of the town's three public libraries ... or they can just go shopping.
Town of West Hartford spokesperson Renee McCue said Tuesday morning that the libraries and the Westfarms Mall are the regular go-to places when the mercury skyrockets.
According to the latest weather forecasts, the mercury is, indeed, doing just that — skyrocketing, with temperatures expected well into the 90s through the weekend.
