West Hartford Police Honor Female Staffers On Special Day

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The town's police department Wednesday paid tribute to all the women on the force on International Women's Day.

In as social media post, the West Hartford Police Department stated over 25 percent of the working force are females.

"We are grateful to the women who blazed the path for our current officers and appreciate all the hard work of our female employees," wrote the WHPD.
