West Hartford Police Arrest Log for Oct. 17 – 23

During this time period, West Hartford police responded to a shoplifting at Whole Foods, a minor physical altercation between a man and his live-in girlfriend, an intoxicated woman in a motor vehicle accident, a vehicle burglary and a suspect found in possession of crack and heroin following a motor vehicle stop among other things.

Laura Carmody, 30, of Hesse Road, Hamden, charged Oct. 23 with failure to respond/infraction.

Vladmir Danilov, 43, of Seymour Avenue, West Hartford, charged Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct.

Maxin V. Galvin, 43, of Seymour Avenue, West Hartford, charged Oct. 22 withdisorderly conduct.

Laura Carmody, 30, of Hesse Road, Hamden, charged Oct. 22 with operating under the influence, operating with a suspended license, following too close, misuse of plates, no insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Antwaine Bailey, 18, of Glenn Road, East Hartford, charged Oct. 22 with larceny.

Desire Tiffany-Sharee Luthas, 20, of Alden Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 22 with illegal possession, illegal possession near a school, criminal impersonation, fugitive from justice and interfering with an officer.

Maurice Andrew Roy, 25, of Meriden Avenue, Southington, charged Oct. 22 with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, weapons in motor vehicle and possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

Jordan Rutledge, 25, of Corbin Road, New Britain, charged Oct. 22 with failure to drive in proper lane and operation while under the influence.

David Candelaria, 22, of Foley Street, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with violation of probation, burglary, interfering with an officer, larceny, manufacture of burglary tools and criminal trespass.

Justin Joseph Montano, 20, of Rumford Street, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with failure to appear, weapons in motor vehicle, illegal possession of marijuana and illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of prescriptions.

Jonathan Andrew Adams, 18, of Somerset Street, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with weapons in motor vehicle, illegal possession of marijuana and conspiracy to commit illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of prescriptions.

Theodore Santos Casiano, 20, of Newington Road, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with weapons in motor vehicle, illegal possession of marijuana and illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of prescriptions.

Amarilis Franjul, 35, of Vine Hill Road, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with larceny.

Dominic Figueroa, 41, of Boswell Road, West Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with breach of peace, assault and unlawful restraint.

Rubin Israel, 23, of Blue Hills Avenue, Hartford, charged Oct. 21 with failure to appear.

Emily Bocompani, 47, of Sampson Street, West Hartford, charged Oct. 20 with criminal violation of protective order threatening.

Brittany Lee Damboise, 25, of Seminary Street, Bristol, charged Oct. 20 with illegal possession, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.

Jake Michael Greger, 23 of Seminary Street, Bristol, charged Oct. 20 with illegal possession, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Issac Osei, 45, of Evergreen Street, Hartford, charged Oct. 18 with larceny.

Alison M. Ungewitter, 50, of Day Street, Newington, charged Oct. 18 with larceny.
