West Hartford Schools Cancel Afterschool Activities

WEST HARTFORD, CT — West Hartford school officials Wednesday morning announced the cancelation of all activities after regular school hours.

The announcement, which came at 10:34 a.m., comes as Connecticut is about to be hit with another batch of snow and, then, rain for the afternoon and evening commute.

"Due to the inclement weather forecasted for this afternoon and into this evening, West Hartford Public Schools will cancel all after school and evening activities, today, Wednesday, January 25, 2023," wrote the West Hartford school system in an alert.
