West Hartford Scratch-Off Game Nets Nice Lotto Payout

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A West Hartford resident's $30 investment for a scratch-off game that could have resulted in a $1 million payday didn't net the maximum result this week.

But the outcome still proved to be more than satisfying.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the individual won $25,000 on Monday, May 20, by playing the $1,000,000 Titanium scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased at Turnpike Fuel, 338 Park Road, West Hartford, according to lottery officials.
