The purpose of this LGBTQ+ Community Needs Assessment Survey is to understand and document the specific needs, challenges, and aspirations of the LGBTQIA community within West Hartford.

"By gathering detailed and nuanced data, we aim to identify gaps in current services and resources and to inform the development of targeted support mechanisms that are inclusive and affirming of all identities," wrote the Town of West Hartford.

"This survey is a crucial step towards fostering an environment that not only recognizes the unique contributions of the LGBTQ+ community but also ensures equitable access to opportunities and care."

Input will help the town improve services and resources more effectively.

"Upon gathering the survey results, we will analyze the data, identify key areas where enhancements can be made, and new resources developed," wrote the town.

Folks are encouraged to share the survey with others.
