From the West Hartford Substance Abuse Prevention Commission:
The West Hartford Substance Abuse Prevention Commission, in partnership with the Institute for Community Research, is requesting your participation in our 2014 High School Parent Survey. Through this survey we hope to better understand parental attitudes and knowledge related to underage substance use so that we can best serve our community. The survey is anonymous and confidential. If you are the parent of a West Hartford teenager please click on the following link to participate in this survey.
